Standardized Tests
When you need test results for verification or quality control, SMS Inc. offers a variety that will cover your needs. Where applicable we use ASTM or ISO specs. We can also test to others such as DIN, EN, JIS or MIL. The "Testing" page shows what SMS, Inc. has already done for our customers. In many cases we have "Standard Packages" of several tests as material certifications. Please see our current price list in pdf format. If you do not see what you are looking for, please ask. If we have the testing specification and the equipment, we can generally do the test.

Sometimes it just isn't clear what needs to be done. For example, when parts suddenly start cracking in service that used to perform well.
